Tommy's simple recipes
How to fry a sunny-side
up egg?
Ingredients
an egg, some butter, some crack of pepper, some
sea salt,
some oil
Steps
1. Crack your egg into the cup.
2. Pour some oil into a warm pan.
3. Put the egg into a pan, and then wait until egg whites are
medium cooked.
4. Add some butter, then you will see butter melt very quickly.
5. Take a little bit of that fat and just pour it over the egg.
6. Put some crack of pepper and some sea salt on it.
7. Take the sunny-side up egg and place that on your plate.
8. Enjoy the sunny-side up egg with your breakfast.
The fish-flavored eggplant (魚香茄子) ￣ω￣
Ingredients( seasoning ):
two of eggplants 茄子
some pork or meat ball 豬肉或貢丸
spring
onion 蔥
vinegar
醋
ginger
薑
soy
sauce 醬油
garlic
蒜
oyster
sauce 蠔油
broad
bean paste 豆瓣醬
some
water 水
basil

Step:
- Cut the eggplants and fry them for 100 seconds
- Cut the pork ( meat ball ) into small matchstick and stir fry it with the spring onions, gingers, garlic, and broad bean paste
- Add the eggplants and the rest of seasoning ( vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, water )
- Stir fry again
- Add some basil before soup broth dry
- Tasty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
